After production, each flap undergoes a strict quality inspection to ensure there are no damages, cracks, or deformities, and that all dimensions meet the required standards. Once inspected, the flaps are sorted by size and type, then folded or rolled depending on their specifications to save space during transport. They are bundled in fixed quantities-typically 10 or 20 pieces per bundle-and packed into durable export-grade cartons. To prevent movement during transit, cushioning materials such as paper or plastic film may be used inside the boxes. Each carton is labeled clearly with details such as model, quantity, net/gross weight, and production date. Depending on the shipping method, the cartons are either stacked directly or placed on pallets, then secured with strapping or stretch film. Finally, the goods are moved into storage or loaded directly into containers for shipment.
